Our Story
Founded in 2007 with a vision to connect talent with opportunity in Wales, we have since grown to a global brand servicing the UK, Europe, USA, and the Middle East, serving a diverse range of industries from Waste & Recycling to Artificial Intelligence.

Established in 2007
BGI founded as a small recruitment agency in South Wales, called Smart Solutions Recruitment.
Expanding Reach 2018
Opened our first office overseas, with the opening of Smart Solutions Polska.
Diversification 2019
Expanded services to include sector specific recruitment solutions.
Global Recognition 2024
Evolved into a formal Group structure with business acquisitions and global expansion.
